Early Memory
I was very young, very tiny, but that tends to go hand in hand.
The summer was in full swing, and the sun was ... well...doing what it does best...
I remember there was not a breeze in the air, and my sun hat was slipping over my eyes, making me walk with my head tilted back trying to not stumble.
My mum had some banking to do so off she strode to the bank, me toddling behind her, head tilted, hat making me look like a Dalek child.
The bank was full with adults striding with purpose, ladies all made up, men looking flustered everyone with important 'stuff' to do. Me...I was wondering at which point I was going t
To Two Parts. Oxygen.
The shadow of a figure - of a man - sits by a window. The rain lashes its full vent on the street and Brian frowns.
He is at the cusp of something huge, something that would fundamentally change him.
It was the end of a search that had taken him weeks - if not months.
For countless days he has slept with his notebook tucked in bed with him. For countless days he has not ventured outside - save tonight to come here to this lonely place.
He knows he must be careful.
Always. Careful.
His thoughts stray from the rain outside to the notebook inside his pocket. The roadmap to the answer he alone has found; t

i'm only lonely but
i know you from another story
so take one of these please
i bought these this morning
to offer you one
i could be more nervous
and try pretty hard tonight
to be someone else
that you might like
but we know that wouldn't be right.
i'd give good time
to be bored with you
hanging around for a sign
and i know your ideas are showing
so just prove me wrong

yeah, I sincerely believe that I left my sun gene in madeira with my childhood. Going outside today and will just tiptoe in the shade before I burn into damnation.
Feeling much better today, got some head space *never underestimate the need for head space*. I just wish my dearest and nearest wouldnt take this need of mine as a personal attack on them and on my wanting to spend time with them. Because its not.
Its just that...head space. Alone time, quiet time.
Off to conquer my world now. Got my to-do list and my plans....FEAR ME!!
